Disposal of Land by Local Authorities (Scotland) Regulations - Responses to the Consultation

The Scottish Government has recently completed a 3-month consultation on draft regulations, which will relieve local authorities of the statutory requirement to obtain the prior consent of Scottish Ministers before disposing of land or property for less than the best consideration reasonably obtainable.
